Senior Contracts Administrator
Oscar has more than 30 years of professional experience, where he has worked in several industries, such as construction and industrial assembly, pulp, hydroelectric energy and mining (metallic and non-metallic), road infrastructure and engineering. Within his career, he has served as a contract administrator for mining projects for 20 years and has been a resident administrator for construction projects for 11 years.
He has excelled in contract administration working for both construction and engineering companies and clients, dedicating himself mainly to the execution of EPCM projects and construction works in Chile, Peru, and El Salvador. Among the most relevant companies where he has worked appear Hatch, Fluor, Stantec, Jacobs, Sinclair Knight Merz, Soquimich and Idesol.

Supply Chain Manager and Supply Manager
Renzo has more than 15 years of professional experience and has specialized in sourcing and supply chain in management positions in industrial, mining, energy, and mass consumption companies, both national and global, holding positions in Chile and the United States. Among the most relevant companies where he has worked appear BAT (British American Tobacco), Reynolds American Inc., Albemarle Corporation, SunEdison, FLSmidth Minerals, Inmobiliaria Pacífico Austral S.A., and BHP.
He has developed in supply and contract management working for prominent companies, dedicating himself mainly to the execution of EPC, EPCM projects and construction works in Chile. Throughout his career he has worked as Supply and supply chain manager, Sourcing director, Production & materials planning manager (project), Supply chain manager – Chile expansion projects, South American supply manager, Purchasing Leader, Head of Administration and Finance, and Purchasing & Contracts Engineer.
His ability to create and manage different teams, effective communication, and versatility to work in different industries and organizations stands out, along with his knowledge in continuous process improvement, sustainable supply, demand analysis, planning, stock breaks and logistics. As an example of the aforementioned, he has been responsible and leader of the supply chain area for the Expansion project and for the Albemarle Operation (Antofagasta and Salar Plant), leading the supply, contracts and project engineering teams together with EPC companies and contractors in the contract negotiation process.
He has experience in optimizing industrial processes and in handling disputes with EPC companies and contractors, managing to close their contracts amicably, avoiding arbitrations.
During his time at SunEdison, he was in charge of the supply and O&M area for the region in solar projects, where he dedicated himself to the search and development of local suppliers for photovoltaic projects in the region, leading the supply area in the negotiation process with EPC companies and different subcontracts/activities within solar plants in Latin America.
He has knowledge of tools such as SAP, Oracle, Softland, Coupa, Power BI, Green Belt Six Sigma, Regional Leader in IWS (Integrated Working System).

Pablo Lois Varela

Extensive experience as project manager and CEO during the design, construction and installation of generation (solar, hydroelectric, thermoelectric) and transmission projects in companies such as: Colbún SA, HydroChile SA, Electro Austral Generación SA and Hidroeléctrica Aconcagua SA.
His experience includes: development of basic and detailed engineering, development of environmental studies, negotiation with owners, evaluation of projects, development of bidding processes, programming and control of projects, analysis of additional works, analysis of claims and administration of human resources.

Luis Pezoa Salinas

Construction Manager and Project Planning and Control Specialist
Planning specialist of large, medium and small projects, participating both on site and in office. He also has experience as construction manager and head of specialty in generation, transmission and infrastructure projects (Metro de Santiago and Electrogás S.A. for gas pipeline between San Bernardo and Quillota) in companies such as ENEL, INGENDESA and ENDESA.
His experience includes administration of technical inspections, preparation of programs and budgets for projects in Chile and abroad, preparation and management of bidding documents, contractual monitoring, programming and budget of construction works, participation during claims and arbitration processes.

Juan Alfredo Rioseco García

Planning, Programming and Control of Works
Extensive experience in construction and assembly of hydroelectric and thermoelectric power plants, starting in the works built by Endesa and later in the inspection of construction and assembly contracts for the same company and also for other companies such as Colbún and Gener, including a passage through the works of Metro de Santiago and El Mauro Project of Los Pelambres Mining Company, reaching senior executive levels in the different companies in which he worked.
His experience includes planning, programming and control of works, preparation of budgets and tender documents, bids analysis, on-site inspection of construction and assembly contracts, coordination between civil works and assembly contracts, review and approval of payment statements, valuation of additional works, analysis of claims and administration of human and material resources.

Fernando has more than 30 years of professional experience in the copper and gold mining industry, having worked for engineering and construction companies. He has participated in relevant projects, some of which exceeded USD 5 Billion in investment, holding positions in the contract management area as: Manager, Contracts Lead, and Contract Administrator. He has also worked in the coordination and technical inspection of equipment manufacturing.
He has excelled in contract administration working for both construction and engineering companies as well with clients, dedicating himself mainly to the execution of EPCM projects and construction works in Chile, Peru, and Argentina. Raul has 35 years of professional experience, in which he has worked in the chemical industry (fertilizers), mining (metallic and non-metallic), industrial projects and engineering, and in university teaching (U. Andes), in positions such as: Senior Technical Deputy Assistant/ Executive General Manager/ Independent risk management consultant/ Academic director of the Master in Geomechanics applied to mining/ Regional (South America) Risk and Sustainability Manager/ Risk Manager Mining & Metals Chile and Latin America/ Codelco Risk Manager.
His main skills are: * Corporate Management, * Sustainability Management, and * Corporate, project, HSEC, business, design, and operational risk management roles. He has complete mastery of risk analysis techniques, including: Hazop, Hazid, Hazan, Whatif, FMECA, HACCP, SIL, LOPA, among others.
